Overview of Main Modules

Visitors
It is the most comprehensive of the three main modules. You will be able to track all transient vehicles that enter your location. By scanning or typing the ticket number, the software will start tracking the time. When the ticket is scanned again, VemaPOS will show the elapsed time and the amount owed. The cashier will then be able to select the payment method. When the shift is over just click on the Bank Out module to get a report of the transactions.

Payroll
With VemaPOS your employees will be able to clock in and out by scanning a barcode with their employee number or with their finger with the Biometric option. VemaPOS also integrates with Kronos and can export in several different formats.

Guests
By scanning Guest Tickets you will be able to track when they check in and when they will check out, along with all of the important information about the vehicle, room # and name. VemaPOS will print a barcoded label to track when the guest comes and goes. You will also know how many of your guests cars are OUT and/or IN at any given time. Your guests will also have the oportunity of request their vehicle by scanning their ticket with their smart phones.

Garage
See the occupancy of your garage in real time. See per space # the make, model and color of the vehicle parked in it, along with the ticket # and runner who parked. Set spaces for residents, employees, blocked, tandem or handicap.

Residents
The Residents module is an elegant, powerful yet simple way to manage residents and/or members. Together with the vehicle and resident information, you can also take optional payments from residents for their 2nd car(s) or longer than one day visitors. This module will not only give you IN/OUT information, but due payments as well. You could sell coupons (validations) as well to residents for them to use on any visitor that comes to their unit.

Alerts
Whenever an "Special Situation" happens you and other people you select can receive an alert via e-mail or text. Garage near full, employee approaching overtime, tickets out of sequence or a simple end of day report for every day.
